Original Heritage on 1/4 Acre

A rare find, this original heritage home has only known 2 owners since 1926. The porte-cochere (carriage porch) still dominates the front entrance of this unusual saltbox style English Manor House, the original home of W. J. Nichols. One of Vernon's early plumbers, Nichols is well known for installing Vernon's historic Court House heating system. Transom windows, hand painted light shades, crystal door knobs and crown moldings are among the treasures that are yours when you call this your home. On Vernon's Heritage Register, this home is eligible for the city's Restoration Grant Program. Click here to see the Original Heritage Classic Features Sheet for this fine home.
